PracSuite security tokens can be used as an alternative to app-based authenticators on smartphones and computers. These physical security tokens are suited to practice environments where security authenticator apps cannot be installed on users' personal devices, or the use of these personal devices is not permitted. Due to the physical nature of these tokens, they can be located at a particular workstation to limit access to PracSuite from where the token is located.

What is Two-factor authentication in PracSuite?

PracSuite enforces mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) to ensure the highest level of security for all PracSuite users.

Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, is an electronic authentication method in which a user is granted access to PracSuite only after successfully presenting two pieces of information, including a user's login credentials and a randomly generated code.
